Q : Can I change the delivery address after I have confirmed my order and details.
A : Yes, you can, provided we have not dispatched your package.  We are unable to redirect your package to the new address if your package has been dispatched.

Q : What happens if I have provided an invalid or incorrect address?
A : If an order is returned to us, we will ship the package to you after you have provided us with a valid or correct address. In this instance, extra shipping fees will be borne by you (buyer).
